This fact was revealed in hearing in Commission A with PT SRL management in Riau Parliament Office, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Pekanbaru, Monday (8/2) yesterday.  “District of Forestry itself did not issue Annual Working Planning for PT SRL in year 2009.  This permit directly issued by MoF. It needs more investigation. And when its issued by MoF, it will be MoF responsibility, said Commission A chairman, Bagus Santoso to Tribun.

Bagus explained, the issue of Annual Working Planning from MoF presumed caused conflict between company and local community. One place that experienced conflict  is  Meranti District.  " In  Meranti District, community rejected the existence of the company because some community land included in the area of PT. SRL  permit," he said.  Bagus added,  he is now collecting data and information from community related with the same condition happened  in District of Indragiri Hilir, Rokan Hilir, and Bengkalis

PT SRL management, in that  hearing stated they got their Annual Working Plan issued by MoF. Through their public relation officer, Abdul Hadi said, they already submitted their request of  RKT issuing to DoF Riau. However after 14 days of submission, the assessment was not conducted by DoF.

 
He added, it was not a matter if their RKT not issued by DoF because we already following procedures based on regulation. " For us it is no longer a problem. In regulation if  DoF in 14 days did not issue RKT, then  it will be MoF authority to issue the permit,"  Abdul Hadi said. (san)
